Monday's special guest speaker, George McKenzie, Jr, was THE most INSIGHTFUL & INTERESTING presentation we've ever hadโ€ผ๏ธ His journey by Amtrak train from Brooklyn to Highlands County was fascinating. A Live Wildly Adventurist & Nat Geo Explorer, he didn't have a traditional, easy path to his current career. We are better people after his intriguing presentation. Thank you Mr. McKenzie for investing your time in our students.

DID YOU KNOW?
โ€ข Students should miss no more than 9 days of school each year to stay engaged, successful and on track to graduation.
โ€ข By 9th grade, attendance is a better predictor of graduation rates than 8th grade test scores.
